To participate in the auction, bidders must possess a Dubai traffic file and provide a security cheque amounting to AED25,000 payable to RTA. Additionally, a non-refundable auction fee of AED120 is required, payable at any of the designated Customers Happiness Centres or online through the Dubai Drive app or website.
