The all-new 2025 Ram 1500 RHO makes its debut, solidifying Ram Truck's position as North America’s leader in off-road trucks. This latest model exemplifies Ram's performance truck leadership, offering the best value with more horsepower per dollar than any other off-road vehicle, priced at $129.60 per horsepower.

Power and Performance
The 2025 Ram 1500 RHO is powered by the all-new 3.0-liter Hurricane High Output (H/O) Straight-Six Turbo (SST) engine from Stellantis' Hurricane Twin-turbo family. This engine delivers an impressive 540 horsepower and 521 lb.-ft. of torque, offering better fuel economy and lower emissions while outpowering other naturally aspirated V-8 and boosted six-cylinder engines in the light-duty segment.
The RHO boasts a maximum towing capacity of 8,380 pounds, a maximum payload of 1,520 pounds, and the ability to ford up to 32 inches of water. This truck is part of Ram’s Core/Electric/Sport approach, expanding the Sport light-duty lineup that includes the Warlock and Rebel.
Technological and Structural Enhancements
The Ram 1500 RHO features a new exhaust system, distinct from the rest of the Ram 1500 lineup, incorporating a Sport Tune low-restriction system with true dual pipes. It is equipped with a BorgWarner 48-13 full-time active transfer case, designed for enhanced off-road capability and durability. This system includes a low range of 2.64:1 for rock crawling and can be flat-towed while in neutral.
An independent front suspension system with active performance damping and high-strength aluminum components ensures durability and strength. The Bilstein Black Hawk e2 adaptive performance shocks use precision-machined, single-piece construction to reduce heat and continuously adjust damping forces, optimizing body control and terrain isolation. The Dana 60 rear axle with full floating axle shafts, a rear electronic locking differential, and 35-inch tires enhance the truck's off-road performance.
Design and Interior Features
The 2025 Ram 1500 RHO stands out with an aggressive stance and an hourglass body design. Composite flares accommodate 35-inch tires and 18-inch available bead lock wheels, making the RHO eight inches wider than other models in the lineup. The truck features a unique R-A-M badge, front grille, hood, skid plates, and steel bumpers, contributing to its rugged appearance.
Inside, the Ram 1500 RHO combines new features, technology, and premium materials, including hand-wrapped instrument panels. The truck boasts premium 12-way power leather front seats with memory settings, a new massage function, and embroidered logos. The interior also features a 14.5-inch touchscreen display, a 10.25-inch passenger screen, and a 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster, all part of the Uconnect 5 system.
The 2025 Ram 1500 RHO also offers advanced driver-assist technologies, including Hands-free Driving Assist, and a premium Harman Kardon audio system with 19 speakers and a 10-inch subwoofer.
