Chevrolet's all-electric Equinox EV is designed to help customers transition smoothly and confidently to an electric vehicle (EV). This model completes Chevrolet's electric portfolio, covering major segments like full-size trucks, midsize SUVs, and compact SUVs. The Equinox EV offers an EPA-estimated range of 319 miles on front-wheel-drive (FWD) models, providing a balance of performance, style, and practicality for the modern driver.
An EV for the Next Generation
"We are at a turning point where EVs will be the mainstream choice for the next generation of customers, and the Equinox EV will lead this charge for us," said Mary Barra, Chair and CEO of General Motors. The Equinox EV utilizes GM's flexible Ultium Platform, bringing vehicles to market at various price points and purposes. The starting MSRP is $43,295, with the base LT model starting at $34,995, available later this year.

Stylish and Functional Design
The Equinox EV features an athletic, bold, and commanding appearance, instantly recognizable as a Chevrolet SUV. It is available in two distinctive personalities: LT and RS, both offered in FWD and all-wheel-drive (AWD) configurations.

Inside, the Equinox EV offers a modern interior with room for five, personalized multi-color ambient lighting, and a smart infotainment system with Google Built-in, including Google Maps, Google Assistant, and the Play Store. Comfort features include heated front and rear outboard seats, a heated steering wheel, and a heated windshield wiper park feature.
Effortless EV Technology
Chevrolet ensures a seamless transition to EVs with features like navigation and route planning through the MyChevrolet app, which helps locate and plot routes to charging stations. GM is also working to accelerate the installation of accessible public charging throughout North America. Through the MyChevrolet mobile vehicle app, customers have access to over 174,000 public chargers across the U.S. and Canada.
Safety and Driver Assistance
The Equinox EV includes a robust list of standard safety features:
Super Cruise, the industry’s first true hands-free driver-assistance technology, is also available, allowing drivers to travel hands-free on more than 400,000 miles of compatible roads across the U.S. and Canada.
Electrifying Performance
The Equinox EV's standard FWD system offers 213 horsepower and 236 lb-ft of torque for quick acceleration and a fun driving experience. An AWD system with 288 horsepower and 333 lb-ft of torque is also available. One-Pedal Driving is standard, allowing the Equinox EV to accelerate and slow to a full stop using only the accelerator, paired with regenerative braking to maximize driving range.
