Today, Genesis Motor America unveiled its third all-electric model, the 2023 Genesis Electrified GV70, now available at U.S. retailers. Starting at an MSRP of $65,850, the Electrified GV70 Advanced AWD is packed with standard features, including a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, a 14.5-inch HD navigation system, 20-inch alloy wheels, a panoramic sunroof, leather seating, heated and ventilated seats, and vehicle-to-load charging capabilities. The Electrified GV70 Prestige AWD, priced at $72,650, adds luxury features like Nappa leather seats with quilting, a leatherette wrapped upper instrument panel, a microfiber suede headliner, a head-up display, a 3D instrument cluster, premium audio, active noise control-road, heated second-row seats, and manual rear sunshades.
Cutting-Edge Design
The Electrified GV70's exterior design carries forward the signature elements of the award-winning GV70. The Crest Grille has been reimagined into an aerodynamic crest with an inverted G-Matrix pattern and a hidden EV charging port. The minimalist horizontal rear bumper and the tailpipe-free skid plate emphasize the SUV's electric nature. The iconic Two-Line headlamps complete the sophisticated look. Available in Vik Black, Savile Silver, Makalu Gray, and Makalu Gray Matte, the proprietary Genesis paint exudes richness and depth.
Inside, the Electrified GV70 features a driver-focused design with a variety of premium materials, including woven wool, tricot, and suede fabrics. The interior is available in Glacier White or Obsidian Black, with the Prestige package adding a two-tone Glacier White option with copper piping and Nappa leather seats with a refined quilting pattern.

The Genesis Electrified GV70 offers powerful performance with standard all-wheel drive (AWD). Dual electric motors produce up to 320 kW (429 HP), and the 77.4 kWh battery supports rapid charging, enabling 10% to 80% charge in approximately 18 minutes. The 400V/800V multi-rapid charging system ensures fast and stable charging, allowing drivers to use both 400V and 800V charging infrastructure without an additional converter. With Boost Mode, the Electrified GV70 can deliver up to 483 HP for dynamic driving experiences.
The Disconnector Actuator System (DAS) enhances efficiency by seamlessly switching between 2WD and AWD based on driving conditions. The Smart Regenerative Braking System 2.0 optimizes energy regeneration based on driving habits, real-time navigation, and road conditions. The Intelligent Pedal (i-Pedal) allows for acceleration, deceleration, and stopping using only the accelerator pedal. The Electrified GV70 offers an estimated range of up to 236 miles AER.
