In November over 1600 roaring Lamborghinis adorned with distinctive adhesive moustaches took to the streets worldwide in remarkable display of support for Movember. Spearheaded by Automobili Lamborghini, this marked the third consecutive year of the luxury carmaker's participation in raising awareness and funds for men's health issues, including prostate cancer and testicular cancer and mental health and suicide prevention.
The global initiative saw 100 Lamborghini dealers coordinating Bull Run rallies, with the largest gathering in Newport Beach boasting 80 striking vehicles, followed closely by Beverly Hills with 60 spirited participants. Stephan Winkelmann, Chairman and CEO of Automobili Lamborghini, expressed pride in the company's role, emphasizing the importance of collective efforts in addressing critical health concerns. "Every small gesture is a helpful piece in achieving the goal," remarked Winkelmann.
Beyond the Bull Runs Automobili Lamborghini engaged in various impactful initiatives throughout the month. An official Movember fundraiser initiated by the luxury carmaker contributed over €230,000 to the cause. collaboration with Gillette during the World Finals at Vallelunga involved Lamborghini executives and Movember's founders trimming their beards and mustaches in solidarity.
The House of Sant’Agata Bolognese also extended its reach by partnering with the Bologna Football Club, displaying a specially adorned Huracán Tecnica outside the Renato Dall’Ara stadium during a Series A championship match. The car featured QR codes linking to exclusive social media content and interviews with players, emphasizing the importance of mental health and cancer prevention.
