Noting the underrepresentation of women at track events, she co-founded FemPowered—a group of women motorsport enthusiasts who meet six times a year for track days and driving experiences. Their all-female events, such as the track day at Laguna Seca featuring 26 female drivers, have been instrumental in fostering inclusivity in the sport.
Miguel is quick to acknowledge the talent of female drivers, stating, “Women are often better than us when it comes to track driving. There’s less ego, and they focus on precision and skill.”

The Andradas show no signs of slowing down.
