At Auto Trader UAE, we strive to ensure that all our customers have a positive experience when using our platform to feature their ads. Please read our refund and return policy for featured ads carefully.

Ad Modification or Cancellation

If you wish to modify or cancel your featured ad, please contact us within 24 hours of the ad being posted. Cancellations or changes beyond this time frame may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only eligible if there was a technical issue with the ad placement or if the ad was not displayed as per the chosen package. Refunds will not be issued for changes in the user's decision to feature the ad.

To request a refund, please contact our support team at sales@autotraders.ae. We will review your request and process the refund accordingly if the conditions are met.

Exclusions

No refunds will be issued for ads that have already been published and are live on the website for the duration of their term.
